Ali Ehsan Rind
CO-FOUNDER
Ali Ehsan Rind is the co-founder of Orion Exploration and a mining and energy expert with over 20 years of experience. The former Country Manager for Barrick in Pakistan, Ali specializes in developing large-scale mining projects in high-risk areas and has worked on major projects like the Reko Diq copper and gold project in Chagai, Balochistan.
He holds a Master’s degree from IBA and has worked with leading organizations such as Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), Balochistan Mineral Resources Limited (BMRL), Balochistan Mineral Exploration Company (BMEC), and Eni Pakistan Ltd.
Wilson Robb
ADVISORY MEMBER
Wilson Robb, Advisory Member of Orion Exploration, possesses 25+ years of exploration, managerial and business experience within the global mineral exploration industry. He has a proven track record of target generation and excels in the identification of overlooked mineral exploration opportunities, project generation and company start-ups; developing intuitive exploration programmes.
Wilson founded and developed Aurum Exploration Services into a global brand as Executive Chairman from 2002 to 2024 until his recent retirement.
He founded Holmscroft Prospecting in Jan 2025 and now provides expertise to clients as an advisor in exploration and project generation including Orion Exploration and Aberdeen Minerals.
